Celtics, Piston duel for East Crown

Celtics eliminated Lebron James and the Cleveland Cavaliers in an epic Game 7, 97-92 to earn the right to meet the Piston for the Eastern Conference Championship.

The win might be a sigh of big relief for Boston fans as the mighty Celtics once again went through a Game 7 in order to advance. And it proved the theory the prevailing sentiment that the Cavs and Bron need more help.

The Piston meanwhile are coming off a good rest. More importantly, it gave time to their top guard, Chauncey Billups to rest his injury.

It's my desire, perhaps even the whole NBA, for the Celtics to prevail. But my gut feeling is that homecourt advantage may not be enough for the Celtics to get past the Pistons.
